Northwich | Simpson Steel Structures were employed to design and construct a retail development at the above site, consisting of 3 ground floor retail units and one first floor area to cover the whole of the ground floor space. Simpson Steel Structures contract consisted of designing the foundation ground beam and pilecaps, design fabrication and erection of the superstructure, metaldecking and concrete slab to the first floor, and composite cladding to the roof, rear and side elevations. Internally we also designed fabricated and fitted 1 fire escape staircase and 1 main access stair, both of which were powder coat finished. The project was finished on time and within budget. this lead to an immediate order from our client for a warehouse development at a further site.
